Saw the reviews on this and thought I'd give it a try...
I followed the instructions and found the noodles to be of good consistency. The sauce is tasty - not to strong, not too mild. True sesame and peanut flavor. I have eaten worse in more than one restaurant. Add some chicken and you'll have yourself a full meal.
Five star considering the reasonable price.

The noodle where difficult to separated and quite hard. I had to cook them in hot water for five minutes. Even then it was not very hard to see that it would be very difficult to digest. Then I knew the flavor of was suppose to be peanut but what I got was very faint flavor, way way back somewhere. I tried to add some fish sauce , scallions, sesame oil etc. but the basic flavor that was already there was coming thrue anyway. I did not like this product.

This one reminds me of the Cold Sesame Noodles I used to get in Boston. So quick and easy! A healthy lunch or dinner for this vegan.

Bought this at the supermarket because it was on sale. Very pleasantly surprised! I think it tastes as good as any standard take-out joint. Good flavor and texture with a little kick. The prep is a *little* more complicated than your average microwave meal, but definitely worth it.
